Do one of the guided bus tours, they take you round all the normal tourist traps and not a bad price.
Beware the Louvre is shut on tuesdays and if you eat "near the river" then make sure you have loads of cash as it's criminally expensive...

Take her to "Galarie Lafayette" on Boulevard Haussman- be sure she checks out the perfume counters, the roof to the hall is amazing! "Au Printemps" is right next door so she can shop out.
If she likes seafood then Mollard is fantastic, I recommend Le plateau de fruits de mer.
Last time we were there we walked up to Montmartre and went around the basilica. This area can be a little rough at times but no more so than central London.

Go and eat at L'atelier Joel Roubouchon next to Hotel Pont Royal off Rue du Bac on the left bank. Truly amazing. Regarded as one of if not the best / most important chefs in Paris ATM. He's just opened one in Soho too, which AA Gill would have given 5* if the waiting staff had gotten the tips.

Notre Dame, and St Chappelle on the Ile de la Cite. St Chappelle is NOT easy to find, but has some of THE most amazing stained glass in the world.
The Arc de Triomphe.
The Louvre and/or Musee d'Orsay.
A stroll down the Champs Elysees.
Walk around the Latin quarter to look at the incredible choice of restaurants.
Walk along the left bank to look at the art and bookstalls.
Sacre Coeur, and the area below it, Montmartre.
Pere Lachaise cemetery, where loads of famous people are buried.
Les Halles shopping centre.
For a start.............
Alcazar
