If i were to order good on monday before 11am that were ready to dispatch, what delivery options should i be looking at if i wanted guaranteed 9am delivery on the tuesday morning?

Depends what services the supplier offers and who they use to do their deliveries.

cheers, rang them up this morning and they said once i placed the order if they rang they would ensure it was put through next day delivery.

if its boots dont bother asking for next day delivery for £5.50 coz still after 11am thursday morning im still awating my hair straightners!!!!!!!

Special delivery = usual post time.

Couriers (unless you specified a timed delivery IE PRE noon etc) it can be any time during the day (7am > 6pm) - just make sure someone is in to sign for it!

If they failed to meet the "next day" delivery service - which you paid extra for, you are entitled to get that bit refunded - but not the whole delivery cost.

well, ordered yesterday (tues) at 10.30am and the good arrived today (wed)approx. 11am.
