Unfortunately they don't seem to have the manuals online, unlike Yamaha, but this might help:

I play a Roland V-Drum kit and the manual that came with it incomprehensible to begin with, but I stuck with it and it makes sense now (kind of!). I know it's different to what you have bought but the principle is still the same.
