Looked like a man to me.
Anyone understand enough Japanese to tell us whether the victim survived? It looked like the rear wheel came close to (or actually did) go over his head.

I know a lad from school who was run over by a bus and both the front and rear wheel went over his head. I saw it happen and it wasnt pretty, the lad survived aswell. Not that he was any fit state afterwards though
