I've not had a crash, I was thinking of training to be one...

It looks quite interesting, although I'm not sure how easy it'll be to get a job once I'm qualified.
How does it work, do the police have their own or do they call in outsiders in the event of a crash?
Apparantly insurance companies also use them, but surely this would be after the accident had been cleared up, making it harder to work out what had happened?

Any info is welcome.
