Smile Cooking a chinese meal

Going to cook a meal next Saturday and looking for some ideas on what to do.

I have a shed load of prawns and was thinking of doing a sweet and sour type dish. Anyone recommend a recipe.

Prawns
Uncle Ben's stir in sweet and sour sauce

Lord Shrek......Mr Myagi coulnt be arsed to cook and did takeaway
