Default crap - lost my phone - how to find it?

hi folks

i've lost my mobile. now, it is either at my house or a friends house but neither can find it. it was last on silent mode so ringing it isn't much use.

will the phone company triangulate it for me so i know where to look or have i been watching far too much tv?

cheers
steven

Surely it'll vibrate even on silent? Should be hearable - you'll just have to do a room to room and be patient.

Triangulating, even if they'd do it for you (they won't) would at best give you the house it's in. Maybe just the street.

Try the sofa. Its always the sofa, even if you've looked there already!

Have you got alarm set on that phone? Won't it go off in the morning, even if it is on silent mode?

If you use a belt strap, check down the side of your car seat. I've found my phone buried down there a couple of times.

i lost my phone once down the side of the setee - i knew it was there - it was just how to get to out.

In the end i had to cut the fabric underneath the setee with my trusty stanley knife to release it.

Call the phone and wander around the house with some form of active speaker (portable radio) and listen for the interference. The louder and clearer the interference the closer you are to the phone ????
Worth a try.

Go out side now and murder a few people...........cops should be able to triangulate your phone in a few minutes.

On second thoughts, go through a manned speed trap and don't stop.......far quicker response time for these types of offences
