Both cars need doing today (eek) but the poxy web sites down.

how easy is it to do over the phone? (cant do it a a post office, cos i cant find my ins cover note ) but its all insured,

and i,m off to germany tommorw on business double eek

Have never used the phone route, but did use the web site.

It really was dead easy.

You just input the car reg and they check its MOT'd and insured automatically.

So I would imagine if you ring they will still be able to do that for you, you do need to have the new type of MOT certificate though (providing you need a MOT of course).

Tax disc takes about 5 days to arrive.

Bet it will be a doddle.

almost as easy as the web site, takes about 8 mins. all automated responses and key presses etc.
