Good man. Took his GT40 for some "exersice"
Obviously he's now getting slammed.
That old chestnut "What if something (they mean child) was in the middle of the road.

yep,going faster is safer!
if I drove at 0.0001 mph it would take me years to cover 1 mile & chances are that I would be involved in some kind of accident sooner or later .
At 186mph I would be through the danger zone in about 20 seconds.
Well it's an argument.

No way he could get "done" but fairplay to him. And why do the safety people bother responding to things like that. Sure they do an important job, but saying Edmunds will influence people is bullsh1t!!!!
Good on him!

I disagree - I met him when he ran a helicopter business and he was great. Car enthusiast, and top bloke. At that stage (long time ago) he had a Williams prepared Rover SD1 which was mad...

"I feel that all the television personalities who admit things like that could be in a position where young people look up to them and if they see that they think 'Oh, that's fine, we can do that'."
I see this as total non-news.

They should be at home taking drugs or getting drunk at that age
