Default Need some advice about sex

Not really but wanted to get your attention

I do have a problem though as follows:

Where I live there is residents parking so I have my own space. Trouble is there is an apple tree over my space which has some hard green apples which keep droping on my car. I have asked the Management Company about ten times now to chop it and they keep saying they will but still haven't Its been months! One has already caused a dent on one of my wings.

Where do I stand legally on this? I pay them nearly £1000 a year for the upkeep of the place so why won't they just cut this bloody tree down, I feel they are fobbing me off. Any help/advice gratefully received

Send them a letter via your solicitor (dated) and state that all damage occuring post this date will be at their account..........

Then pop the bills in the post............. you will be amazed at the speed that tree comes down..........

Standard letter is about 50, varies though....... although you may acheive the same same thing by writing to them yourself (registered), just make it very formal, as in quote the date of the telephone call to them, the fact that they are paid to maintain your parking space and the fact that your car is being damaged by the position of the tree and it's falling fruit etc.....

At least if it does go to court you can whip out your letter showing them (the court) you informed the management company of the problem.

That'll be 50 quid please........

Getting things back on topic ........

What is it with people wanting to cut bloody trees down.
Get off your ***, pick the apples and make use of them.
Could give them to the kids school for making something, or sell em to your work mates, hell, even throw em away if you must park under the tree.
