Although the question must be asked. Why was she in the car in the first place. She must have known he was banned. She must have know he was high on drink & drugs, yet she gets in the car

Awful tragedy, but if she hadn't got in the car, she wouldn't be dead.

Still, he deserves all he gets, as he could have easily killed someone else.

"He must spend four and a half years in jail before he can be considered for parole."

Good to see that "life means life"!

TBH, whenever I see that someone's jailed for life, the first thing I do is see how long they need to serve!

there are pictures of the people involved, and descriptions of the family, which provides enough evidence which would justify my remark on them being chavs.

You think I called them chavs because it was a scooby, when in fact it could have been any vehicle and I would have still called them the same thing. Again your getting all emotional about words, to which you interpreted to mean what you wanted it to.

Grow up chavvy

"I'd call that some odd type of motorbike "

PMSL

They sound like complete chavscum to me, nothing to do with it being a Subaru as I've got one. More to do with the string of convictions and the fact that his family helped pervert the course of justice!

The kids 20, the girl is 17.
The kids been banned from driving, yet drove anyway.
The kid has a string of criminal convictions.
The kid was high and drunk at the time.
The kids family helped him try not end up in some sort of legal procedure by not phoning an ambulance.
The kids mothers boyfriend is younger than her

More than enough evidence to suggest they are chavs. Either way the family is scum. Probably your relatives I take it

Also, if she was thrown through the windscreen she probably wasn't wearing a seatbelt, not too bright in the circumstances!
