Default Washing Machine wont take in conditioner!

This may be pushing the limits of scoobynets knowledge!

My machine wont take in the (liquid) conditioner from the drawer, no obvious blockages...

Any ideas/tips/hints any one can suggest?.

TIA

Have you taken the top off it.

There should be a hose (or similar) that goes into the port above the conditioner.

Have you tried to phone the manufacturer

No, no, no, no... Where's the fun in that... Calisthenics (sp!)... You gotta warm up first by gently talking to it, before getting louder and encouraging it with minor slaps and digs at the switches and buttons. Before winding up in a tremendous fury hammering 7 shades out of it.

Silly question but do you have the hot hose connected

My washing machine did exactly the same when I had it, this was soon solved when the hot water tap was actually turned on
