Severed artery in my groin. You've got 2 - one biggy, and a smalley. I severed the smalley and grazed the biggy.

Done this running inside the house at a birthday party when I was 8.

I won the race by smashing through some plate-glass patio interior doors.

Heart stopped 3 times on the table, lost most of my blood, nearly severed my leg off at the same time.
In hospital for 6 months recouperating, and developed a slight stammer as part of the recurring trauma.

This was at the age of 8. I'm now 33, happily married with 2 kids. Still have the stammer issue and every now and again get to pick out bit of stitch from the area

+ side. Physically, I recovered and went on to be a County sprinter. I lived to tell the tale.

Torn rotator cuffs, ripped right upper pectoral, torn inner quadricep, slipped disk. That about covers it.

Ground a 1" diameter circle off the back of my hand falling off a bike aged 12. You can't see it unless I get a suntan as it's the only bit of me that actually goes brown instead of red.

I've also got a scar across the tip of my index finger where I sliced through it with a Stanley knife while fitting a boost gauge in my Impreza. Managed to sever the nerve and still have only partial feeling in it and my nail grows funny.

Not bad for 32 years of not being particularly careful.

EDIT: a bloke I work with has cut the tip off the same finger twice! That's just careless.

Broken the obligatory collar bone whilst buggering about on a BMX doing jumps.
Nearly cut my big toe off with a nine inch angle grinder, thought to myself "that was close".... until the trainer filled up with the red stuff. it was then obviously a little bit worse than I thought.
Jumped out of a tractor in the orchards tall grass, straight down onto a 6 inch nail. Seeing the nail come up through the top of the trainer was a little alarming.. Not half as alarming as knowing as I wasn't going anywhere until I pulled it out (the nail was still attatched to something big and heavy in the grass.

Fractured: tibia/fibula, (compound tibia) femur and pelvis in 2 places. Brother lost control of his motorbike on a downhill left hander in the wet, bike sat upright, we skitted along the crash barrier for a while, remember someone taking my helmet off, remember the smell of oxygen, woke up in hospital about 2 days later with more tubes than a dodgy gauge install.
In hospital for 6 weeks initially, then 2.5 years rehabilitation courtesy of the best the Army can throw at you. Didn't work though medical retirement in 1988) (which, when you look at the ****e the army have to deal with these days, I'm very glad of)

Fractured skull aged 4. Fell off a climbing frame at the local park in the days when "Health & Safety" meant concrete bases for childrens' playthings.

Impaled on a rusting fence spike aged about 6 after slipping when climbing a tree. Same local park, same "Health & Safety" rules, this time deeming it totally acceptable to allow a tree to grow through and seriously distort a 6' high iron fence with 12" spikes at the top.

Not a lot really. Split head open, aged about 6 - stiched up.
Broken wrist (Volleyball)
Broken ribs (Karate)
Broken finger (ditto)
Displaced disc in spine
More broken ribs (paintball).
Add to that the usual collection of briuses/sprains/pulled muscles that one picks up as one goes through life.
