Don't worry about it... or the suit.
Get to your hotel, take suit and shirt and hang them on a coathanger....
... hang coathanger in the bathroom - nowhere near (and certainly not in direct line of fire from) the shower.
Put shower on flat out, and as hot as possible. Go for dinner.
Get back a few hours later and turn off the shower, shirt/suit will be damp but crease free. Leave to dry over-night and will be perfect in the morning.
Used this method on many occasions.... obviously not too 'green' but works well!

Put the trousers on the hanger then put the shirt on it, Do the buttons up.
Feed the shirt sleeves into the jacket sleeves, smooth the short down and put the jacket on the hanger.
If you need to fold it, use the hanger as a spacer in the middle, folding around the hanger from top downwards.
I use this all the time when I carry a suit on my bike, and 99% of the time it works perfectly. The other 1%, of course, I look as though I have slept in it. This is usually at an interview...
