Suggestions on a Bike Rack for my garage
I am in the midst of re-decorating the inside of my garage in preparation for my "toy's " arrival at year end.
As I have a mountain bike I would like to stow it securely somewhere in the garage.
What novel bike storage racks are out there (cost is not a major factor if it is a good design)?
Thanks in advance
Dave Middleton

I've got THREE here, and THREE in France, with a total of EIGHT bikes.
The UK ones are an old bumper mounting rack, useful for repairs too, as you can turn the pedals with it off the floor, useful for setting gears etc.
A set of foam covered shelf brackets.
Three large plastic covered hooks in a piece of wood across two rafters, one hooks under the front of the saddle, at 90 degrees to the frame, the other two hook under the centre either side of the handlebars.
In France, all three are purpose made wall mounting tubular plastic covered hooks that hook either side of centre of handlebar.
My fave is the first mentioned UK one, but only 'cos I use it for repairs etc.

I had the same issue and the best solution I found was to use a tow bar mounted rack and bolt it to the back wall of the garage.
The bikes sit high enough up to be able to reverse the boot of the car underneath them.
Cheers
