Question Is Film Four available on Freeview?

The Film Four website suggests it is, although my son has bought a Philips DTR 210 box and it installed automatically but excluded Film Four. It wouldn't tune in manually either.
Any ideas anyone?
Many thanks.

Freeview channels are grouped together on a duplex; if youre missing 31 then youll be missing some others too.

Do you think it depends on the make of the Freeview box?

I realised my rushed mistake after three minutes and I didnt want to edit it then. I had hoped that no one would notice.....

Agreed. If possible, check reception with a different box. If that does not pick up Mux D channels either (but does at a different address) then it's probably going to be your arial or wiring that needs looking at.
