Default The Mobile Outlet - Anyone used them?

Just looking at sourcing the Mrs a new phone. Spotted an excellent deal on a Nokia 6230i from the Mobile Outlet (www.mobileoutlet.co.uk).

They seem to keep their prices ridiculously low by offering cashback deals, hoping that people forget to send their bills back, and therefore forfeit their cashback.

Anyone got any experience of them or similar outfits?

Cheers
SB

D'Oh - yes, that's the one.

I have seen mixed reviews of some of the cashback schemes, could be that Joe Public cant be bothered to follow the very specific instructions to get their cashback (exactly as the companies want).

I was wondering if anyone had successfully claimed these refund amounts - surely they must have, otherwise these companies would be sued left right and centre

Or am I just being thick? ;-)

Hello

I haven't used those people, but I have used other "cashback" schemes and got the money back. They generally are quite tricky as in one case the form to send back was printed incredibly small on one of the bills and you had about 7 days from receipt of the bill to return it to claim the refund.

So it really depends on how diligent you are (will be) in reading everything that comes from the company and acting quickly.
