It was a teddy bears picnic thing at the working museum near to where we live.

My youngest asked the same question, until we explained that teddy was firing out the sparks (phew)

Mental note to self! avoid modern teddies

mind you he was sitting on top of a tesla coil!!

the single short spark, was from a simple static type generator, i didnt realise i,d managed to get the spark, until i checked the frames when i got home

the tesla coil is full on from the word go!!!
