Sorry to bore you guys, but I need a little bit of advice regarding British gas tossers, I'm £77.00 in credit with them, which I want back before I move suppliers.

So far I've made 4 phone calls to them, they promised to send a cheque out, but so far nothing, so decided to e mail them last week, so far no reply This has now been going on for 2 months, I know it's not a huge amount of money, but I still want it back and I'm getting nowhere with the scumbags

I paid my Gas bill 3 weeks ago, got a threatening letter through the post saying court action going ahead due to non payment.
Phoned them, they still said I hadn't paid, then I informed them I had a confirmation number for the payment I made.
Said they would investigate & call me "right back", that was 4 days ago.

Useless fackers.

Update: I contacted energywatch and they have taken up my case though they have told me it may take a while due to fact they have a lot of complaints regarding BG, says it all really
