Harsh times
Went to see this because it was ?directed ? produced by the same person as Training Day. Good film, good acting. Not a great deal happens though for long periods, though during that time the conversation/script is sharp.
Defo worth watching but you don't need to go to the flicks, it'll be just as enjoyable on DVD ie no major special effects.
ps soundtrack is fab, esp if you like old hip hop. They even played Soul Sonic Forces 'play at your own risk' which was one of the first records I bought.

It was not quite what I expected but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
It wasn't your average action film but had a very good story behind it, one of my friends who I went with hated it as it wasn't fast enough, so be warned. Well acted and good locations throughout I thought. Opens your eyes to how cheap life is in some places.
Can I just add an 'Owwwwwww....' to the turkey baster scene
