bought something from ebay £130


over 4 weeks later not arrived started a dispute, seller is responding but being a di ck looking like im not going to get the item, i paid via cheque



so ok i end the disput and escalate it to a claim, but what can ebay actually do get my money back or not?

ebay will give you a refund, I think its around £110 max claim,
I had a similar experience last year, I got a max refund, but it took about 4 months from start to finnish)

Take him to the small claims, costs about 30 quid which is added to his bill. That should shock him in to paying up as he won't want a ccj.

Now thats handy to know. I have been waiting for rear roll bar off ebay for over 2 weeks now.....I see a claim coming on

E bay has gone down hill a lot imo, I reported a scam involving plasma tv's to them.Despite the fact the seller had been registerd less than a month, and with 10 feedback, all ??? " you are great seller" selling lo cost items .from only 2 prople they still did not remove it.

Yet I try selling a tivo with like sky plus in the description and its deleted in 24 hours
