Questionable sales pitch?

I'd be a bit put off by being the 4th owner on a 6 month old car with just 3,500 miles.
Also, apparently Subaru UK now advises against fitting PPP if you want your car to remain "completely useable, for everyday ROAD use. "
Nothing like stating the obvious - "The only thing you need is the MONEY, a DRIVING LICENCE and some INSURANCE. "
