Default Tesco's customer service?

any body got an e-mail address for Tesco's customer service?

Long story but fed up with complaining to staff who do nothing.

Thumbs down

Well my local store is open 24/7 but now has a policy of not aving check out staff late evening onwards!

You have to use the self service or you cant buy any thing. Last night the security guard was having to put peoples shopping through the self service tills as they didnt know how to work it.

You cant complain as customers services is shut and when you want a manager he takes ages to turn up and then says it is nothing to do with him.

I did ask for a discount as i was serving myself but got told no.

Their prices are cheap partly because of innovations like the self service tills, they really are easy to use

I assume you pump your own petrol?

I wrote to them regarding a very poor quality product and they were totally dismissive and very unhelpful and the tone of the reply was almost rude.

Not impressed

I do pump my own petrol but i always pay in the kiosk!

I dont mind them having self service tills but i object in being forced to use them by not having staffed tills there, also the queues for the tills were longer as time to go through is longer, i dont mind paying for service.

I choose to shop in many places based on service and not to on lack of service so i will shop else where if things dont change.
