I just knew camera phones were invented by women !
Like Spoon says it makes absolutely no adds whatsoever if they are named or not - well did'nt to me
The 3rd party, as they're conveniently named, does'nt need to get involved in any of the court proceedings or whatever - the only thing you'll get done for is the cost of the divorce because essentially you are at fault in the breakup of the marriage
The only other piece of advice is - TRY to stay amicable with your ex - it can happen - sometimes ! and it does help
