Default please help me hols in 2 weeks ( need to lose the Belly)

I no i have left it to late. I am going on my holiday and need to lose some of my beer belly or as much as i can lol. The rest of my body is not to bad its just the belly that needs help lol.


I am a member of a gym is there any think down there i should try and do a lot of , things i should'nt do.

any other ideas i do own a bike and live near a big park.

if belly is going to get you then this is what i would do

for breakfast..a banana

for lunch....2 weetabix

for tea......ham salad

diet is far more important than exercise yer fat b@stard

plenty of sit-ups. selling your soul to the devil and a whole ****e load of good luck. thats what it might take to get rid of the beer barrel and get the six pack in 2 weeks. HTH

case angle grinded open!!! i eat a fair ammount and quiet often. alot of the times its ****e food as i dont get time to eat that healthily. do my sit-ups. still got my six pack. but to be fair i dont drink not bad for a 33 year old, with more grey hair than brown.......

Easiest way, hang around a doctors and ask anyone if they have gastro enteritus if you get a yes snog them and hey presto squits and voms for 10 days and your loose a stone or more.

You don't have to lose anything. Just go on holiday with someone much fatter than you and noone will notice that you are a porker.

wear a baggy t-shirt, baseball cap and a pair of sandals with white .. yes, got to be white socks, pulled up as far as they can go and then some..
youll blend in well wherever you go...

fieldy...it will happen...not today or tomorrow but very soon if you carry on eating the pizza hut 'eat as much as you want' for 3.99 for lunch and the kfc bargain bucket for supper

Its my new job its quite hard fitting time to go to the gym and that but i have got to start trying more

oh my guiding light. will be eating a bit better soon. been thinking about that for a while. but being a caffeine and nicoteine addict kurbs the appetite. also being a very busy painter/decorator helps the old figure wish i had time for holidays and as i live a stones through from the beach anyway, the perving...........sorry walks along the beach occur frequently

Make it

breakfast..a banana and 3 weetabix less than an hour after waking up. Drink boiled water with lemon juice.

for lunch....ham salad Tuna salad or egg salad

for tea......3 weetabix before 5PM.

Snacks Brazil nuts and fresh fruit.

Then 20 minutes exercise a day like running swimming cycling or rowing

3 litres of water a day no coffee or tea And NO ALCOHOL.

Then you'll have the body of a Greek god but no mates no social life and clothes that don't fit you.

It's because the carbohydrates in it are so easily digested that they cause a rapid peak in blood sugar levels, which triggers the body into storing the carbohydrate. Wholemeal (not brown) bread is better because the carbs are more complex, break down more slowly, produce far less of a blood sugar peak and are less likely to get stored.

This is the essence of the GI concept of diet.
