<nods> that I why I eat pitta bread instead.


Stuffing it full of keeeebab meat and chilly sauce sort of messes it up though


...Does have green lettucey stuff though

diet and high intensity training. Could buy some fat burners aswell and drop around a stone.

I would advise cutting down starch based foods, complex carbs by their nature digest slowly which will be at odds with what your metabolism needs to do. You need to kick start the metabolism with foods that are quickly digested, fruit and vegetables. Mangoes are especially good as they not only digest quickly themselves they also aid digestion.

if you have a fully inclusive holiday i wouldnt bother losing weight until you get back

lord shrek stuffs his gut when there is free grub on offer

get your moneys worth...women like personality not looks
