Foam Party - anyone been to one?
Our neighbouring village here in Spain has it's annual Ferria (party) in just over a weeks time and on the Saturday night there's an outdoors foam party. It's all free and the party goes for 3 days and 3 nights without stopping. The local Junta (council) and townhall pay for most of it!
Has anyone been to a foam party before? I must admit, I'm quite looking forward to it
(about 1000 people will be there)

I was hoping not to wear any clothes 
Actually, it's sooo hot here now that dancing the night away with 1000 others wouldn't be too comfortable with loads of clothes on, in fact I sweating buckets just sitting here typing this at 7.15pm! Last year evidentally, most of the girls wore swimwear and the guys just shorts... Foam was head deep...outside!

Have dj'ed a load of them
Cant stand the ****.
Makes me sneeze,makes me itch and ruins clothes and shoes, ruins floors (one club had a totally warped dance floor a few days later
) gets all in the bloody mixer and on records.
It also for some reason makes the temperature in the room sky rocket- and the humidity also.
But- if you are in the crowd, then wear your shorts. dive in and grope seems to be the most common course of action at them from what i have witnessed

had similar a few years ago in a village near to Torrevieja.. the 'fiesta' lasted a week every night was just better and better . then the saturday night was just mad! ake on loads of liquid (obviously) and wear just shorts and flip flops or old trainers then add music, crowd mix a bit, and ENJOY!

Here's a pic from last year. Evidentally, this is just as the party started - the foam later spread (within minutes) to everywhere and started encroaching surrounding bars etc. I'm told the lot's of people made new friends that night

If you get caught in it over your head you start gagging and it isn't pleasant, although not relevent here but if indoors after a while theres a 6 inch deep puddle on the floor that ruins footwear. The great thing about it is everyone gets wringing wet, so the walk home is freezing unless you strip off, thats when it gets interesting

Worked afew.
AS everyone has said, don't wear anywhere near decent clothes or shoes. Be prepared to bin them after.

Hate the bloody things!!!
Got a cannon pointed at me and got it square in the face! Swallowed half of it and spent the rest of the evening throwing up in the toilets...
On the plus side though this lovely young lady did look after me.........

I went to a few foam parties that involved dancing and foam.You cant bleddy dance in the foam,your clothes get ruined n all.
It's cwap!

Went to one in Tenerife a couple of years ago, up in the hills behind Playa De Las Americas, it was a specially designed venue, Castell San Miguel I think it was called!
The drinks were free which was a fookin good job as everytime I turned my head my glass was full of fairy liquid or whatever they used!
