Nominate your Local "Star Wars" bar.
Every town has one; you know in Star Wars where they walk into the bar and all the th'aliens are stood around supping? 
I nominate The L*beral Club in C*stleford - which, by dint of it's extraordinarily cheap beer- attracts a significant number of clients from a different gene pool.

Ghallaghers or "Heapos" (I kid you not, that is the name) in Whitehaven, Cumbria. They don't even clean the floors of vomit and spilt bodily fluids properly so you get that nice tacky underfoot sensation.

I used to do part time bar work in the establishments you are on about
Mon. is Ladies darts
Tue. is Fishermans club (2nd in the month is the Old Soilders)
Wed. is 50/50 dancing and Bingo
Thurs. is Pool
Fri. is 50/50 dancing (with organist) and Bingo
Sat is Private parties
Sun is Rock and Roll
Good thing is they all leave at ten to get the last bus home
