Default Bill of Rights judgement

Some you win...

Well we have won one in the last 24 hours but in a perverse judgement in the Royal Courts of Justice the Judge declared "the Bill of Rights does not apply to parking as parking tickets are not fines or forfeitures."

While this judgement is something of a blow to the many people who have argued that parking fines are, indeed, fines and that they must therefore follow only from conviction in a court of law it has opened a whole new can of worms. The full transcript isn't yet available but constitutional experts are ready to pour over every detail as this may fundamentally change the relationship between the people, Parliament and the Crown. If it can be shown that the Bill or Rights no longer applies then this will be one of the most significant moments in the history of the British legal system and of the British constitution, monarchy and government.

Further judicial appeals are still in the pipeline and so this is not the end of this particular route to expose the illegal and immoral activities of the administration of this country. I will post further info as and when I get it but it may be some considerable time before the full implications of this judgement are known or felt.

The "1689 Bill Of Rights" also gives citizens the "right to bare arms" - this didn't stop the Government banning legal Hand Guns

Tony Blair is a complete ****!
