30-60 minutes 3-4 times a week
Lose the beer (or if that's too shocking to comprehend then drop to one/two nights a week only). Lose the crisps and snacks.
Keep a record of your weight every morning, and a diary of everything you eat/drink and the exercise you do the day before. You'll see the direct impact the exercise and diet has on your next day's result, and this may stop you having that drink for tonight or opening the hula hoops.
Don't drink full-fat fizzies (can't see why anyone would, but there you go!)
Fat will go from everywhere, including your waist. Hang on in there.
Sit-ups will give you a six-pack, but you won't be able to see it under the podge

why drink diet,caffine free, no sugar etc etc etc drinks, if your gonna do that just drink water!

don't drink beer,
only water most of the time i eat are boring tuna sandwiches in wholemeal bread, (ok may have a naughty meal once or twice a week)
got to start CV i suppose
