Home Cinema DVD...whats a good one?
Cant be bothered with researching this too much.....anyone spent about £500-600 on a DVD player/home cinema commbo latley? need a recommendation!

You say combo, I assume that means you want 5 speakers as well?
HDD a requirement also? Narrows your choice.
As does HDMI output (if your TV has such an input), but I was told this is only good for the latest films - if you watch stuff older than 2 yrs you can wait until next time to upgrade.

dvd/amp + speakers. dont care about HDD, normally watch TV in the eve when i have taken my contacts out so cant see it very well anyway

£500-£600 to spend;
Denon Amp.
Toshiba DVD (player only)
Mission speakers inc. sub if poss.
Have a look on ebay.
PS you'll need some cables as well; suprisingly, Woolworths' do quite a good basic selection of speaker and interconnect cables at a cheap price.
