TV for rented accommodation?

TV for rented accommodation?
Well it looks like we need to furnish the flat we want to rent out in order to get some serious viewings.
Most renters seem to expect a TV - what’s a reasonably cheap brand that works well and looks modern? Don’t want to go putting something like a Sony LCD in there!
Cheers,
Steve

Just get a bog standard 28 inch widescreen from Tesco or somewhere, £199 should see it all bought!
Would not bother with LCD/Plasma.
As for brand, Panasonic, Phillips or Sony would fit, but will be more than £199 I expect!
I am renting mine at present, and am putting my old 21 inch panasonic in my house, which seems perfectly adequate for rental market locally.
