Thomas The Tank Engine - Who did the voice?
When I was a kid and used to watch this, my dad told me that Ringo Starr used to do the voices.
Now my son is getting into Thomas and friends, I checked the credits to find that the voices are done my Michael Angelis.
Was my dad lying or did it start out as Ringo??

Cheers.
Cheers.
The production company's details will appear in the end credits I assume. Get in touch, they may even do tours, Granada Studios style.

The model sequences were filmed at a studio in Canada (rather than Shepperton, London as the TV series is) and some real-life railway scenes were filmed in Canada. Other filming locations include the Isle of Man.
This was for the film Thomas & the Magic Railroad

Thanks, I always knew Scoobynet is the world's best source of knowledge.
I must say, even considering the techonology nowadays, the sets were bloody good. My son wants to watch it all the time though!

I googled it, to be honest , but remembered the original voice as being Ringo's from when I used to beat my brother up when it was on.

I've got a signed book by the Reverend Audreys son He did some stories of his own after his father passed on. Met him at a model railway exhibition at a local primary school. Son was only 2 at the time, and didn't realise he was in the presence of greatness
