Paypal Buyer Protection- what a load of Pants
Bidded on Ebay for some DVD's which never arrived.
Logged a complaint with Paypal but because the seller has no funds in his account- i won't see a penny back. What is the f***ing point of having buyer protection then????!!!?!?!?!?!

Same here.
Only way round it is to have the money in your account before you buy. Say you buy something at £100 and have that amount sitting in your paypal account which is used to purchase then you will have that refunded even though the person has no funds in their account.

I just don't see why Paypal can't pay me back the £10-or so from their millions of pounds profits. I've paid them that in fee's and such this month alone. totally peeved

not always.....
sometimes they pull it from the sellers bank account. Has happened to me every time I have not received an item and have complained. Wait and see - takes them a while.
