Does anyone know how I transfer files on to my Blackberry- specifically MP3's, as I can't figure it out for the life of me

I couldnt figure it out either!

Data cable they give you doesnt have much use as far as I could see!

Ive got an 8700v, didnt think you could store files on them. Admittedly its a corporate one!
