Anniversary present
Well coming to three years now, don't want to copy anyone, just it's nice to know ideas of what you got the other half when it comes this time of a relationship?..

Jewellry rarely fails. 
Other than that how about something romantic - go back to where you had your first proper date, get her the first movie you watched together on DVD, create a mini treasure hunt that takes in all your special places, make a scrapbook of your first 3 years - holiday photo's, ticket stubbs etc.
How's that for starters....?

Felt I ought to add that after 3 years together, if you haven't already 'popped the question' then she could be thinking along those lines....

Few years ago I got the wife a box of After Eights for a laugh as her real present was being delivered the next day. I expected a bit of the old silent treatment but was slightly shocked to have them hurled at me with the comment - "Bad enough you only get me a box of mints for our anniversary, but you can't even get one that isn't out of date" There was the odd swearword in there. Oops
She was happier the following morning when her real preasent arrived.
