For sure. I've just got in and the roads were absolutely empty. I might even consider getting the bike out and going for a quick blast. The local Tesco/M&S car parks were empty too and that is a very rare occurance I can tell you.

If I was a robbing scally barsteward, this would be the prefect time for me to go robbing all of your houses.
