I thought that it was a certain Arnold Judas Rimmer who was the Smeghead, rather than Dave Lister?

No doubt he could be a crack head but that has to be one of the most poorly written and unbelievable piece of journalism I've read for a while.

Bull****. If you'd ever been around when someone was smoking crack you'd realise the noise isn't of a level that could be heard outside a moving car.
