Well, any institution that sells you "special" number plates that need you to arrange the letters/numbers oddly to make them LOOK special, then prosecutes you and can take BACK the plate when you do it, HAS to be a bunch of scammers.

Just under 160 private firms are authorised to get the information. These range from hire purchase companies, car park owners, clamping companies to credit companies like MBNA Europe.
Stopped several months after registering on the MPS though
