Well that's certainly the CD, but I'm actually wondering if it was Energy Rush II.

I didn't want to purchase it, hence not actually looking on e-bay, and no, I wasn't wanting to pirate it either , I was trying to find samples of the tracks from it, and Last.fm didn't seem to have some of them.

I've found ERII on Last.fm, so I'm having a listen there.
