I used APH, their valet parking was top notch. For about £14 more they picked the car up from departures and brought it back later. Saved a cramped and frustrating bus ride. All a bit too easy.

Hubby and I use APH too. If you are an AA member you also get a huge discount. We have never had a problem with them and even though we get to the terminal by bus I have yet to have more than 6 other people on there with us.
Enjoy your hols!

having the misfortune to fly into Gatwick in the next 24 hours, I can categorically state that Gatwick is without doubt one of the worst airports in the world, much akin to the armpit of misery.
Does anyone have a worse airport in mind?? (Montreal Dorval / pierre trudeau or whatever they are calling it today would also be in the list)

Also forgot to mention that I came back from Gatwick this morning after droping my wife off, and they have taken all the signs down for the drop off points, and have huge signs saying you have to park (I didnt! mamaged to figure out where to go without the signs!)

What's wrong with Gatwick? I have been to many worse airports in the world. Close to home, Charles De Gaulle is one ..
