Wonder why so many can't just accept the fact that their appearance is going to change when they get older. I see little point in trying to look like something that you are not.

Les, fair point but I suspect you dont get any based on that statement !

Its going to change but there is nothing that says that you have to be a grey haired, yellow toothed, baggy arsed, saggy titted old minger. Most of the people on there have let go a bit and just need some help to renovate and can still look good.

It seemed to completely change her from a sad frumpy old fart to a much happier healthy Mum.

Can't be a bad thing.

To be fair to her, she lost a huge amount of weight, and was left a little baggy. Quick nip and tuck, coupled to some veneers and a decent hairdo, and voila! Fair play to her for losing the flab in the first place I say.

Too many people use cosmetic surgery as the easy way to rectify problem areas. At least this lady had genuinely worked on her body before the surgery.
