The police state gets one more notch closer...
Judges rule against peace vigil
...not just an expensive waste of (our) money, going to the Court of Appeal, but a further erosion of the right to free speech.
Oh, and isn't it strange that you have to hunt for this news on the BBC web-site - you could almost think that the Beeb were asked to play down the coverage

Tough on crime, tough on the causes.........
Tough on oaps and protesters and tough on thier causes more like.
Sad time, rescourses and effort is wasted on this instead of proper crime and criminals.
