RAC vehicle checker url please

Hi

Just need to check that the DVLA have changed the ownership on a car I sold a month ago because I haven't had the letter from them. Can anyone give me the url please?

What a suprise the last change of keeper was when I bought it

where do all these logbooks and driving licenses go that they lose?
