Default all you gym people out there

i need to lose my beer belly badly. i am 21 and weight 15st. i do drink quite a lot at weekends but not actually a lot of beer lol. I have been going down the gym doing weights plus fitness but its not moving.

Any ideas how i can get it to move should i just do fitness are them ***** things any good.

Cut down on drinking, eat sensibly and do plenty of exercise!

You need to be doing mainly cardio for now, and plenty of it, weights won't lose you any weight and nor will those gym *****.

Can anyone tell me how to stop the bath from filling up? Should I get a bigger plughole installed, or change my bailer from a cup to a bucket?

Running or swimming are about the best fat burners you can do, exercise non-stop for 30 minutes, running until you are knackered, then walk at a brisk pace to get your breath back and then run again but keep moving for the whole 30 minutes increasing your distance/pace as you get fitter and sort out your diet, all or nothing my friend.

i will get well bored running for half a hour but swimming i should be able to do

Sort your diet out and jump on the threadmils. And if your desperate buy some fat burners.
