all you gym people out there
i need to lose my beer belly badly. i am 21 and weight 15st. i do drink quite a lot at weekends but not actually a lot of beer lol. I have been going down the gym doing weights plus fitness but its not moving.
Any ideas how i can get it to move should i just do fitness are them ***** things any good.

Cut down on drinking, eat sensibly and do plenty of exercise!
You need to be doing mainly cardio for now, and plenty of it, weights won't lose you any weight and nor will those gym *****.

You'll get lots of people say lots of different methods on here but i lost Two stone in Two months last jan/feb by cutting right down on crap i ate, no chocolate, crisps, cakes, chips, pizza, take-aways at all and also having all meals with a lot less fat in. I combined this with 3 or 4 sessions at the gym per week using cardio equipment and burning about 600/700 calories per day.

Running or swimming are about the best fat burners you can do, exercise non-stop for 30 minutes, running until you are knackered, then walk at a brisk pace to get your breath back and then run again but keep moving for the whole 30 minutes increasing your distance/pace as you get fitter and sort out your diet, all or nothing my friend.
