Question can you get a 0% balance transfer c/card without the transfer fee any more?

is it possible to get these anymore or have they all cottoned on to getting something back and charging a 2% fee? fully understand why they're doing it, just don't want to pay them anything

looking unlikely, but has anyone found one?
