I would guess it is scripted by the fact that the fat-pie homepage states it is animation an dstuff by David Firth

it doesnt...there is some guy on here lives in the same town ( abdabz) IIRC, and he reckons he's some performing artist, which the more you watch the clips, the more its believable.
