One of my mates cousin has around 6 months ago come to visit from california and he is now staying in his own flat. I believe that his Visa has expired already and he is planning to settle here for good. He is a real trouble maker and my friend wants to send him back somehow. Does anyone know what my friend can do to get his cousin back home somehow?

He could allert HM's Immigration service, however chances of them doing anything about him being here illegally are pretty slim.

Chances are they'll simply offer him some benefits

I think your cousin just needs to say ok enough is enough and kick him out the flat.

Report him to the Immigration service.

They'll probably then give him a nice 3 bed semi and £300 a week to live on
