I've seen the TV adverts and been to the site. From what i can gather you pay them money, they train you for a fully accredited qualification such as CISCO and mcsa/mcse, no idea wht they mean in reality but allegedly you'll walk into a well paid job after the course. I need a new career any thoughs on this skillstrain lark!?

*No-one* can run a training course and guarantee you a work placement at the end of it. These parasites should be brought to task, IT is like any other 'trade' you need experience and plenty of it to get good money, a training course doesnt make you an expert and jokers who run these courses just want to take your money and then dont give a damn, avoid like AIDS is probably the best advice I could give you!

My brother in law has just paid 6.5k for an MCSE training course with a guaranteed 20k a year job on completion.

Despite my advice he went ahead and spent the money
