Nearly every day someone posts on here about some other driver behaving stupidly etc. etc. so I thought we should have a change.

This morning on my commute to work my driving was appalling. I came to a roundabout on a dual carriageway and, despite the fact that I use this roundabout every day, I for some reason decided that it split from 2 lanes into 3 and proceeded to use the middle lane. It was only after I'd committed myself to this particular manouvre that I realised that there were in fact only 2 lanes

So, out of sheer embarassment, I decided to get out of there as quickly as possible but then realised that driving down the motorway at 100mph was just as stupid, especially as I was trying to work out how to turn off the RDS traffic news thingy that I don't even remember turning on and how the hell was I getting traffic news from BBC Sheffield when I was near Liverpool?

If my phone hadn't rang, I'd still be trying to figure it out now!

If it wasn't for me driving likw a prat, I would not have found out that the car I was driving had the tyres inflated to the wrong pressures, by a dozy mechanic with a duff guage.

Still that's no excuse for driving on the same side of the road as jolly foreigners do

Recently I drove home after a bad bad busy day at the office and came off the motorway, up the usual sliproad (Burtonwood Omega North M62) to blip the backroads into St Helens.
The set of lights at the top of the slip were on green so through I went right round the roundabout and off down the lane when it dawned on me... I had driven through the second set of lights on the roundabout when they were on red!! ... I just hadnt paid any attention!!
Like Rev I just got the flock outta there and felt like such a wombat

I went through some red lights once without realising... there were 3 sets close together

I also rode like a prat the other day. Was riding in to school through the heavy traffic when an ambulance came with its blues and twos on. Anyway decided to drive behind it through the gaps in the solid traffic it had made, only to have to slam the brakes on as I almost followed it through the red light.

Mind you got to school a lot quicker and didnt break one speed limit.
